At The Ranis of Punjab, we operate a strict no-refund policy to maintain the exclusivity and custom-made nature of our products.

No Refund Conditions

Refunds will not be issued under the following conditions:
All payments are considered final upon successful completion of the transaction.
No refunds will be processed due to Change of mind after purchase (Incorrect size or measurement selection, Dissatisfaction with product color, texture, or appearance, Custom or personalized orders under any circumstances will not be considered.)

Exceptions – Payment Issues Only

Refunds may only be considered under these rare exceptions:
Duplicate Charges: If your card/account is charged more than once due to a technical error.
Gateway Failures: If payment fails but the amount is deducted, refunds will be processed as per the policies of the respective payment gateway.
Unauthorized Transactions: Subject to internal verification and confirmation from the payment provider.
Please note:
Any refund under these conditions may take 5-7 business days to process, depending on your bank/payment provider.
We may require documentation (e.g., screenshots or bank statements) for verification purposes.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once confirmed and paid for, as we begin processing them immediately.
